Our skin cancer screening services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals for the purpose of identifying abnormal or suspicious skin lesions. These services do not constitute a full dermatological examination or diagnosis.

Screenings are not a substitute for ongoing dermatologic care. Patients with abnormal findings will be advised to consult a dermatologist or their primary care physician for further evaluation.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and older unless accompanied by a guardian. Patients must provide accurate medical history and identification at the time of booking.

3. Appointment Policies

• Booking: Appointments must be made online or by phone. Walk-ins are subject to availability.
• Cancellation: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late Arrivals: Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule.

4. Payment and Insurance

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Our clinic does not bill insurance providers directly. A receipt will be provided for your records.

5. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your personal health information. All data collected during your visit is stored securely and in compliance with relevant privacy laws, including PHIPA (Ontario) or HIPAA (U.S.), depending on jurisdiction.
