High-resolution imaging for focused assessment and monitoring

While Full Body Mole Mapping is ideal for ongoing monitoring of all moles, this focused service provides advanced digital imaging and potential tracking for 1 to 3 specific skin concerns when needed.

Using our FotoFinder system, we capture high-resolution dermoscopic photographs of the selected lesions for evaluation and store them in a secure clinical archive that can be used to monitor for changes over time, guide decision-making, and support continuity of care if further follow-up is needed.

Why We Use Digital Imaging

  • Clarity and Documentation: Digital dermoscopic images allow us to examine subtle structures beneath the skin and keep a visual record for future reference.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Having images stored within our imaging system helps us detect changes more confidently, reducing uncertainty in follow-up care.
  • Supports Early Detection: By documenting suspicious lesions with clinical-quality imaging, we’re better equipped to recognize early signs of melanoma or other skin cancers.

When to Consider This Service

This option is best suited for individuals with 1 to 3 specific skin concerns, such as:

  • A mole that has recently changed in size, shape, or color
  • A new lesion that looks unusual
  • A spot that has become itchy, painful, or started to bleed

If you have multiple moles or want a comprehensive baseline of your skin, Full Body Mole Mapping is the recommended option.
